Text updates are paused

OpportunityStep currently uses email for order confirmations, updates, completed PDF reports, and support. We do not offer text updates or collect new SMS opt-ins. You do not need a phone number or text-message consent to order.
Prior text preferences
Previously submitted text preferences do not activate messages in the current service. If we offer text updates in the future, we will provide the applicable terms and request a separate opt-in then. Existing opt-outs remain in place.
Help and privacy
For order help or a request about a previously submitted mobile number, email support@opportunitystep.com. If you have received a text, you may still reply STOP to opt out; your carrier or messaging provider may send a confirmation. This does not cancel your order or essential email communications.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for information about existing records.
