What you purchase
OpportunityStep provides a one-time customized business research report delivered as a PDF. Your selected Starter, Growth, or Pro plan and the features shown in your order summary define what is included. Sample reports illustrate each tier; their fictional examples are not research about your business.
Your information
Provide accurate information and an email address you can access. Submit only information you own or are authorized to share. Do not include passwords, payment card details, patient records, customer lists, or unnecessary sensitive personal information. Tell us promptly if a material intake detail needs correcting.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars as a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Review the selected tier and total payable, including any applicable taxes shown at checkout, before paying. Research starts only after payment is verified and the intake contains enough information to proceed. Submitting the intake alone is not payment.
Delivery and delays
Your completed PDF is delivered by email. Once purchases open, an estimated delivery window will be provided before payment. We do not currently promise a fixed turnaround. If clarification, additional review, or a service interruption delays an order, we will contact you with an updated estimate. If we cannot fulfill your order, you are entitled to a full refund under our Refund & Correction Policy.
Research limitations
Reports use AI-assisted research and analysis, your intake information, and available sources. Sources may be incomplete or become outdated, and AI-assisted work can contain errors. Estimates and scenarios are not forecasts or guarantees. Verify important facts before acting. Reports provide general business information, not legal, tax, investment, medical, or other regulated professional advice. Revenue, customer growth, rankings, and other business results are not guaranteed.
Using your report
You may use your purchased report within your business and share it with your advisers. Third-party source materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. Purchasing a report does not transfer ownership of those materials or OpportunityStep’s underlying templates and methods. Implementation, ongoing consulting, and new research periods are not included unless separately agreed.
Cancellations, refunds, and corrections
Our Refund & Correction Policy explains cancellation before research, duplicate charges, unfulfilled orders, requests after work begins, and free correction of confirmed errors or missing purchased sections. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Privacy and communication
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled, including information saved before launch. Order confirmations, updates, completed reports, and support are handled by email. Please use an email address you can access and contact support@opportunitystep.com if it needs correcting.
Text updates are paused
OpportunityStep is currently email-only. We do not offer text updates or collect new SMS opt-ins. A phone number or text-message consent is not required to order. If text updates are offered in the future, we will provide the applicable terms and a separate opt-in at that time. See our text-update status for information about prior preferences.
Questions and policy updates
Email support@opportunitystep.com or use our contact form. Include your order reference when available. We will date updates on this page. Changes will not retroactively reduce the refund or correction rights promised for an existing purchase.
